The booking process

Reach out
Call, email, or send the form with your dates, group size, and the kind of trip you want.

We confirm
We check availability and the season, then send back options and a clear quote, usually within a day.
3
Hold your date
A 30% deposit locks in your guide and your spot on the calendar. The balance is due trip morning.
4
Meet us out there
We handle gear, licenses, and shuttle. You show up ready for a great day in the high country.
